Delivery Service

We typically ship 1-2 business days after we receive your order, however during busy times, this timeframe may be extended. Each order will be sent a unique delivery estimate based on the location of the order.

We partner with a trusted shipping expedition service for the delivery of customer orders. Depending on where you live in Indonesia, you can expect to have your order delivered to you in 4 - 10 business days after your order has shipped. Estimated delivery times depend on the capabilities of the selected shipping expedition service. We may not be able to deliver goods to certain specific locations due to the limited capabilities of the expedition service. 

All items will be shipped in accordance to our standard packaging. Customers assume all risks associated with shipment, except in cases where delivery is delayed due to non-compliance with regulations. When customers assume all risks, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of goods.

 

Important Notes

Once your order is placed, it enters our streamlined processing system designed to ensure prompt delivery. Due to this efficiency, we regret to inform you that orders cannot be canceled, changed, or have items added to it. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing it to avoid any inconvenience.

 

Shipping Warranty

Customers need to be cautious when opening packages to prevent damage, especially when using sharp objects.

We provide a Shipping Warranty to ensure that any items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival will be replaced or refunded. To make a claim under our Shipping Warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Unboxing Video: Provide a raw or unedited unboxing video sent to team@kimiamart.com 
  2. Claim Validation: Without an unboxing video, the warranty claim will automatically be voided.

    Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss, liabilities, costs, damages, or other expenses arising from delivery without an unboxing video. If deemed necessary, customers must retain proof of delivery from the appointed expedition service.
